Yanjun Wang
Chief Operation Officer

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, Yanjun brings his systematic understanding of education and educational methods to the operational side. Given his previous experiences in teaching and school administration and his passion for education, Yanjun will bring his insights into the decision-making process of My Online Academy.


Yanjun realizes that it is essential to provide adaptive learning methods to students with varying levels of academic knowledge, so that they may internalize the knowledge and achieve their full potential. This expectation echoes what MOA is working to accomplish for every student that is served.

Crystal Guerrero
Operations Director

Crystal Guerrero initially delved into psychology but soon discovered her true passion lay in the realm of business back in 2004. Venturing into the corporate sector, she explored various roles within finance and honed her skills in accounting and business management. She served as Director for her local youth sports program, becoming one of the youngest board members to serve her community. In 2011, Crystal's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish a competitive dance and cheerleading academy, winning some of the industry's most coveted awards. She's deeply passionate about youth development and brings her organizational skills, leadership, and vibrant personality to our daily operations.


Outside work, Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her dog, sun gazing in nature, and shopping for the next cutest outfit.

Sug Kitahara
Director of Sales and Marketing

Sug Kitahara brings a wealth of experience to My Online Academy. He has served as the executive director of the Artesia Chamber of Commerce, the president of his local Rotary Club, and the president of the local Toastmasters club. He has also served as chair for the Rotary Youth Exchange Program in high schools throughout Orange County for the past 7 years. He graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Sug believes that online learning is here to stay and that we are only at the beginning stages of a monumental shift from the traditional school model.


In his free time, Sug goes hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and playing hockey to stay in shape.

Lin Annie Xiang
Senior College Advisor

College Advisor/CEO of Yamei Academy of Excellence, she graduated from UCLA with a BA in Asian American Studies, and NYU with a MA in Applied Psychology. She is a licensed Bilingual School Counselor and a WACAC member. She specialized in college & career path, at-risk youth, and ESL.


Lin is a part-time professor at Zhejiang Gongshang University Hangzhou College of Commerce in China, College entrepreneurship and innovation training coach for Hunan Technology & Science Department, and the China region college admissions and recruitment director for multiple high schools and universities in the United States such as Cal Poly Pomona CPELI, Professional Golfers Career College, Concordia University, South Hills Academy, Linfield Christian and Rancho Christian School, etc.


From 2006 to 2011, Lin taught at schools at Rowland School Unified and New York, LA Chinatown youth services centers, and at Mt. SAC College-college4kids. She also launched the reading literacy program for Project N.E.O., a non-profit organization in 2011. That program won 8th place in the nation for improving reading literacy for youth in 2012.


Lin loves to work with international students and students with special needs. As a 1.5 generation immigrant herself, she understands the struggles students have. She wishes to provide more support and opportunities for Asian students. During her spare time, Lin enjoys traveling, cooking, and family activities with her daughter.
